Working towards the realization of a society where people and drones can co-exist

The aim of JUTM is the social implementation of drones and other unmanned vehicles. In order to promote their utilization in all kinds of industries, we study the safe, reliable and smart operation of unmanned vehicles from many different aspects, such as technology, systems and business, and promote activities for the development of such an environment.
As a vision for the future, we are working towards the realization of “a future society where people and drones can co-exist,” and strive to create innovative business models that make use of unmanned vehicles and spread these around the world, thereby contributing to the enhancement of Japan’s international competitive strength.
